POLICIES ORDERING - ordering will be made on-line. PRIVACY - We protect our customers personal information. We do not sell or redistribute any personal information to any other party. The information we receive is solely used for the purpose of the order in question. PAYMENTS - we accept Master Card, Visa, Pay Pal, checks, or money orders. Orders by Master Card, Visa and Pay Pal will not be shipped until funds have been processed. If you are paying by check, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared. A $25.00 charge will occur for any checks that have been declined for insufficient funds. Paypal - the correct address is lombardi2602@comcast.net SHIPPING - We ship insured USPS or UPS for all shipments. Insurance and shipping charges will be added to all orders. Orders will be shipped 1-4 days after payment is received. Please allow a little more time for larger orders. RETURNS - Due to the product that we sell, we will not accept returns. We suggest if you are ordering a large amount of candles, you order a sample to make sure it is what you would like. CANCELLATIONS- Candles by Jenni makes all the candles or order.
