Purchase is not necessary to be entered into the contest. If you do purchase product, your name will automatically be entered with each order. The contest will run from the first day of each month through the last day of the month. The name will be chosen and the winner will be notified by email within 5 business days. The winner must verify their address within 5 business days. If the winner does not verify their address within that time, a new winner will be chosen. You can only enter your name once a day. Winners must agree to have their names posted on this site. If the form is incomplete, it will not be processed. The contest is only open to US residents only. Participants must be 18 to enter.
